How to export EAN for combinations and product in one column?

This formula will help to export the EAN if it exists for the combinations and the product.

And you want the EAN data to be contained in one column during export,so that if there is an EAN for combinations, then write it in the column, if there is no EAN for combinations, then write the EAN for the product.

Custom fields and formula will help solve this problem.

On the export page, select the tab "Fielter Fields".

In the tab "Fielter Fields", select the "Add custom field" option.

To add a new custom field, first select the "Field", in our case it is "Combinations EAN-13 Or JAN Barcode".

Let's come up with a name for the new field in the "Field Name", which will be called "New EAN".

After that, we add the condition "Not empty", Formula Type: String and enter the "Formula" from the "available field list", where we choose [combinations_ean13].

This means that the value of the field "Combinations EAN-13 Or JAN Barcode" is written into the created field "New EAN", when this field is not empty, has some value.

After that, we add the second condition.
We choose "Empty" for the condition, we already write the EAN value for the product [ean] in the formula.
That is, if the "Combinations EAN-13 Or JAN Barcode" is empty and has no value, then the EAN value of the product [ean13] is written in the "New EAN" field.

Don't forget to save changes!

And now our new field "New EAN" is ready for export.
