Delimeter ^

The description of the book is very complicated and long, it contains many characters of the alphabet. To properly create a CSV file we use the delimiter \"^\", which did not appear in any text. What is the reason that the number of delimiters has been limited? Why should we use the extra conversion to xlsx for such a trivial reason?
