max_execution_time = 0

I need help to solve this in my Product Catalog (CSV, Excel) Import Module

I have talk to my server support One.com

And the have set max_execution_time = 50sec on all there server

So can you please help me why do\'s my says 0

And my cronjobs make errors half the time. and write this:
