Call for price module

I bought Call for price module from prestashop web directly and cannot make a ticket for support on Your web. I need help with this module. The web is www.lste.eu. The module is not working for the products individually, but works fine if I will chose Activate for all products. I do all the changes to the product.tpl and product-list.tpl. and checked twise if the corrections are ok. Please, give to me some advices regarding this problem. Thank You! Jevgeni.
