Introducing ZEN Option, 12 months of Premium Support & extended products update!

 
Introduction

Hi there! Due to the desire of users to receive a much longer period of technical support and upgrade of our products, we decided to introduce the ZEN Option.  ZEN Option is an updated pricing model and expanded support. The introduction of this model is designed to continue the technical support and, most importantly, to receive the modules updates for PrestaShop for 12 months (compared to 3 months, as before).

One ZEN Option can be used for one product only. «ZEN Option» includes 12 months of technical support, PrestaShop Modules installation, future upgrades and it's valid for minor releases as well as major releases. «ZEN Option» includes special conditions exactly 12 months from the date of purchase. 

You can make an additional purchase of a «ZEN Option» after its expiration date or buy it for a product purchased earlier.

Is a ZEN Option purchase option required?

No. You do not need to make an optional purchase if you do not plan to receive updates for future versions and do not want to receive technical assistance for 12 months. Remind you that the purchase of a product without a ZEN Option provides technical support and updates only within 3 months from the date of purchase.

How can I get a ZEN Option?

As a customer, you can subscribe to ZEN Option at 3 different times:

• At the time and along with your purchase of the main product(module), for example, our Product Catalog (CSV, Excel) Import or another;
• Within 3 months after purchase;
• Since 3rd months after purchase.

Additional information

The Zen option is only available for Presta modules (except free modules). For our PrestaShop Themes, the option «Theme installation» is available - which provides help with installing and configuring the theme for your store. Theme installation and customization are provided only once and only for one store. 
 

All users who have previously purchased our products will receive a notification and a free ZEN Option for all products within 3 months!
